Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, missing, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Buena Body, LLC may require photos or other proof of the damage to determine if a replacement is warranted.
Refunds/Returns/Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products being personal care, Buena Body, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds will be determined on an individual basis only. If any refund, return, or exchange is requested based on fragrance/scent, it will be automatically denied. Please consider that every person is different in regards to scent, so for example, lavender won’t smell the same to each individual. We do our best to describe the scent in the descriptions, and if you have any question or concern regarding this topic, please feel free to contact us at fluttercare@seresociety.com.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds or replacements will not be given if you claim you did not receive the package but tracking confirms it was delivered.

We are happy to be offering Route Package Protection for our customers. Route is a shipping insurance company that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Simply add Route to your cart at checkout to safeguard against any unforeseen hiccup that may arise during transit. Due to the unprecedented number of lost and stolen packages in the mail system lately, we strongly encourage you to opt-in to include this shipping insurance for your order. ONLY orders placed with the Route service are elegible for replacements in these three situations. Unfortunately if you did not add on the Route service to your order, we cannot offer replacement orders. Please read more about this service here.
